Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Lola
Breed: Lab/Shepherd mix
Age: Young Adult
Gender: Female
Lola is a 4-5 month old, 20ish pounds right now female Lab/Shepherd mix who came to us from a high kill shelter in Tennessee. Her back leg was broken when she arrived at the pound, likely due to being hit by a car. The sending shelter splinted her leg for us and it is healing well, although she still needs to be watched for controlled exercise at this point as the healing completes. You would never guess by her energy or joy that there was a problem with any part of her :) She is always happy. One of her favorite things to do is run around around in the yard and play fetch. Other dogs and cats are not a problem for her, she thinks everyone is a friend, and she is very friendly with people. She would probably do best in a home without small children due to her boundless energy and joy. It would also be recommended she finds a home that will take time to exercise her often and have a yard that she can run and play in. Not only does Lola love to play, but she is also a sweet snuggle bug who doesn’t realize her size, so she likes to walk right into your lap and snuggle up. Lola is doing well with potty training on a schedule and crates for the workday. She is quickly learning some tricks already also, she loves to be worked with.
Requirements: An active home
