Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ellie Marie has a very mysterious past, but her future is now oh so bright! Found outside earlier this year with her left eye shrunken into her head, Elle Marie was admitted with a few issues to correct. When our vet went under the knife to remove what we believed to have been a eye shrunken in her head, it was revealed that the eye had already been previously removed. She was also already spayed. Suggestive that Elle Marie had fallen into caring hands before us, she is still a little weary of life in a shelter. When you meet her, gently extend your hand and allow her to sniff it before attempting to gently brush her cheeks. Once you've warmed her up it is evident that she is wanting of more attention, she's just a little too coy still of how to go about asking for it. Give Elle Marie a chance in a stable loving home, and we're sure that you will be greatly rewarded with sweet purrs! Ellie Marie was born in 2009.
