Taz's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Taz's Story...
Taz was rescued within this past year from a local shelter and is now living with a foster family in Oakley, CA. Taz is a very active pooch who loves to romp and play, and who gets along well with other dogs. Taz has soooo so much energy and does not like to be left alone for long periods of time. Cat wise, Taz ignores his indoor cat roommates but will chase the outdoor cats off the property. Taz also loves his pool time! Taz is easy to train and wants only to please, and would make a great running companion. Taz is housetrained, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.

If you are interested in meeting Taz, please contact Home at Last at info@homeatlastrescue.org, or call 510-981-0890.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Taz, a Berkeley Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Berkeley, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Berkeley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berkeley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berkeley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berkeley paves the way for another one to be saved.
