My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Patsy and Scooter have arrived and they are TINY! Now that we see them in person, we think they are Papillon or Chihuahua mixes. They are absolutely adorable and totally cuddly! Patsy weighs 4.9 lbs and Scooter weighs 5.8 lbs. They are about one year old.

Because they are so tiny, we are seeking a home without young children for their safety. Their legs are very fragile and we don't want these little babies to get injured, so their adoptive family members must be old enough to know how to gently handle and not startle such a small dog.

Scooter is the more outgoing of the two. He's the first to go and explore new things, jumping up on the couch or climbing the stairs with ease. He is more interested in playing with other dogs than Patsy.

After observing them for awhile, we no longer feel that they need to be kept together. It appears more that Patsy is overshadowed by Scooter, not that she relies on him so much, but he just takes the lead.

They travel well in the car, so if you like to take road trips with your dogs, one of these cuties might be a match for you!

Scooter is the one with white on his head and chest. Patsy is solid black.

We are not a shelter. Our dogs are fostered in a home environment. All meetings are by appointment. We do not know if any of our dogs are good with cats as we have no way to cat test them in our foster program.
