My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Molly! Would you like to play with me? Do you have another dog? If so, that would be GREAT! I LOVE to play with other dogs. Visits to the dog park would be fun too. Right now I'm in a foster home with several other dogs, but they're older than me and don't like to play as much as I do, so I'm looking for someone who wants to be active with me. I like playing in the kiddie pool, so if you have one of those that would be lots of fun. Being a lab, I like to chase birds in the yard and chipmunks are kind of fun too, so you probably shouldn't have any small critters in your house if you don't want me chasing them.

I dream of living with someone who will spoil me rotten. I want to sleep on the couch, or maybe even in bed with you. I want a box or basket of chew toys just because they're fun. And I want a nice big crate to call my own where I can nap in peace when you have to go out to run errands. Oh, and of course, I want a big fenced yard to run around in!

Do you have what I'm looking for? If so, please submit an application so we can get together in person and see if we like each other!
Molly is a yellow lab mix, approximately one year old, around 45 lbs, and appears to be housebroken (no accidents in foster care). She is sweet and playful and there's not a mean bone in her body. Since young labs are fairly energetic, we're recommending any children in her adoptive home be aged 8 and up. Visits to the dog park, long walks, and romping in a fenced yard are all recommended. She's very social with other dogs, so should do great at a dog park. No signs of food/toy aggression with humans or other dogs. The shelter told us she is good with cats, but we don't have any here to test her with, so we'd have to bring her to your house to see how she reacts to your cat.
