Tucker in Austin area's Story...
Tucker is a sweet, spunky, biggy dude. He loves hanging out on the couch and running around the yard. He also loves giving you a hug when you come home. His ears look like he’s part Doberman, they stand high with a curl at the top. Super cute and very interesting-but he’s not really part Doberman =)

He’ll sit for treats and will let you know when the water bowl is empty by giving a little bark. He gets along great with other dogs and kids but would be fine as an only dog. He is house and crate trained. He is a young at heart 10 yrs. old and 21 lbs.

He is fully vetted and ready for his forever home! He does take a thyroid medicine twice a day to control mild seizures. He just needs to have his T4 blood levels rechecked every 6 months.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tucker in Austin area, a Argyle Italian Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound for sale in Argyle, or seeking a Italian Greyhound dog from a breeder in Argyle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Argyle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Argyle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound breeders who help with Italian Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Argyle paves the way for another one to be saved.
