We require that you fill out our Companion Animal Guardian History (application), provide the name and phone number of the veterinarians who have taken care of your animals in the last five years, and have a home visit. We provide you with a photo copy of Rosco's and Bosco's medical records. Adoption fee is $150 per cat and includes, but is not limited to, neuter, vaccinations, worming, and microchip.
