Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This sweet dog was so scared at the shelter he was considered unadoptable and was set to be euthanized. Once we walked him outside he just seemed to know that he was safe and slowly he came around. The first few days, he just sat on the floor and shook, but he suddenly decided that he was not going to be harmed and he liked where he was! He now comes and jumps up for some petting and attention, he gets along great with the other dogs, but has not started playing with them yet. He prefers to hang out on his doggie bed. He is fairly well house trained but not perfect. He is doing so much better on a leash, he is still somewhat timid so he would do better in a home with older children and someone that has some patience to work with him when he first arrives in his new home. He is approx 2 yrs old and weighs 27 lbs, he looks like a lhasa apso mix but his legs are longer so he may be mixed with poodle. He is very sweet, he has no aggression, no food aggression and loves to eat.. We had to totally shave him down as he was so matted, but his coat is growing back beautifully. He tested NEGATIVE for heartworm, and is on a monthly preventative.
