Molly's Story...
Hi,

My name is Molly and I am about 2 years old,

I am spayed, utd on shots, heartworm negative, and I had a bad start in life. I was found by my foster mom, Pat, living with a backyard breeder with about 15 other dogs. When she saved me, I was full of fleas and worms and I was so anemic that they couldn't even spay me right away.

I am doing great now and I feel so much better. I am a little bitty thing, only weighing in at 9 pounds. I am still very fearful of people but I am getting better. We are working on my house training but I am doing pretty good.

An absolute must for me is a fenced yard because I will run if given the opportunity and I cannot be around small kids because they make me nervous, so please don't apply if these stipulations will not work for you. I am being fostered in Winter Haven FL by Pat and my adoption fee is $375.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Winter Haven Miniature Schnauzer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Schnauzer for sale in Winter Haven, or seeking a Miniature Schnauzer dog from a breeder in Winter Haven.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Winter Haven already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Winter Haven breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Schnauzer breeders who help with Miniature Schnauzer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Winter Haven paves the way for another one to be saved.
