Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tinkerbelle came to rescue when her human dad got sick, had surgery and her human mom didn't feel capable of caring for both. At my house (Chaos Central) she was pretty shy, wanting to be held but not willing to interact with the many dogs here. At my mom's house, where life is calmer, Tinkerbelle showed her true self - active, happy, playing well with the other three dogs there. Tinkerbelle is about 8 - 9 years old and weighed 3 pounds 14 ounces on Father's Day. Her teeth were yucky but we had them cleaned and she lost several but eats her kibble and her daily chicken tidbits just fine (nooooo mom doesn't spoil her at all). Tinker could spend aaalllll day long on your lap. She loves to just hang out with her person. Obviously, a quieter home would be best for her. Our vet assures us that she is healthy. In relation to human years, a 9ish year old small dog is the equivalent of a 50 year old person, hardly a senior. Tinker is up to date on all shots, heartworm negative, on heartworm/flea preventative, is microchipped and has had a dental cleaning. Tinkerbelle's adoption fee is $200 with all vet work done.
