Mason has experienced a rough start in his 10-12 months! He was picked up by Tipton Animal Shelter while wondering along some back roads. Mason had a chain so embedded into his neck that it was almost touching his spinal cord! Although in pain, this sweet boy was wagging his tail and so relieved to be with people.

Mason is bouncing back and recovering with vengeance! His procedures were successful, and now he is in boarding waiting on a foster or forever family!
