Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Joanie is a gorgeous 3 year old fawn female fawn with natural ears. Update 2/25/16 - Joanie is enjoying life in the winter snow. She loves to run and race in 1 1/2 feet of snow which doesn't slow her down. She loves her walks and thinks that on the way home it's time to play tug of war with her leash and trust me she IS very strong and likes to show just how strong she really is. Joanie now has her inside play time in the late morning and again at 6:00 PM at night. She runs all over the house, chases her balls and plays tug of war with a piece of rope. Twice each week she gets a marrow bone which keeps her teeth very clean. Joanie gets very few “treats” or people food so we don't antagonize her allergies. She is doing very well with her Apoquel medicine and her Earthborne dog food. Joanie has learned to bark when she wants to go out, get a drink, some food or some loving. Rubbing, scratching, and belly rubs are some of her favorite things along with naps. She gets up between 6 and 8 in the morning and is generally down for bedtime around 8 PM. She is a real pleasure to have as a best friend.
MAGDRL adopts to eastern NY, eastern PA, DE, MD, WV, DC and VA only. Please see our website for the adoption process and fencing policies. (www.magdrl.org) Please see our site for fencing policies but Joanie is required to have traditional fencing.
