Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ABBY: Abby was brought to Tri-County by the dog warden after locals reported seeing her on her own, for over a week, near a local campground. Abby is a clean and well mannered house dog who always waits to use the restroom outside; Abby is a medium sized black retriever cross; at the shelter she stands calmly and quietly wagging her tail when visitors come, or when she is waiting for volunteers to take her outside. Abby is probably 3-5 years old. She loves to play in the yard, barking excitedly as she tosses her favorite stuffed candy cane toy up in the air and catches it; she also loves to chase any willing volunteer around the yard for a game of tag. She takes treats gently, loves affection, and already knows many commands such as “sit,” and “come.” Since no one has come forward to claim this well trained, lovely girl many of us are wondering what her story is. If you would like to write the last chapter of Abby’s story, giving her the happily ever after, forever home she deserves, visit us on Facebook or please contact TriCounty Animal Rescue Center: TriCounty-Arc.org or contactus@Tricounty-arc.org
