Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Poor Billy. He has all the strikes against him as dog waiting to be adopted; he is a Tennessee Black Lab, male, adult dog. 3 strikes; black…male…adult. The cute puppy stage gone from his life and a two year saga of endless changes and being deserted by the humans in his life. He was found as a skinny and scared stray, about a year old as of last summer. He went to a boarding facility and stayed for months on end waiting for someone to take him home. Finally someone came but alas they returned him to the boarding facility due to family strife. He just wants to be loved; a handsome boy with a charming personality and heart big enough to love all who let him. He is housetrained and will still need some time to adjust to new surroundings as he has been bounced a few too many times. He has a quick smile and will need a stable and solid person or family to lead him to a comfortable place of confidence. Billy weighs 50 pounds and is ready for a final doggie bed to call his own.
