Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Here’s Yumiko, she comes to a shorter version “ Yumi”. Yumiko means “child” in Japanese. Yumi (pronounced YOU ME) is a very sweet 5 year old beauty weighing 8 lbs.! She absolutely loves her people and loves to be with them always. Yumiko is spayed, current on all of her vaccinations and she is housebroken and knows a few tricks for her favorite treats. She is great on a leash and loves going on walks. When she sees her leash she does her happy dance. This girl absolutely loves to go for rides in the car. Yumi is not food aggressive should you have another dog in your home, but she would prefer to be the only dog in your home. She likes to sleep with her person and be with them as much as possible. She absolutely hates to be crated and will stress out if kenneled, so if you plan on crating her, she is not the right dog for you. She is afraid of storms and needs to be with her person during a storm. She gets along well with cats and tolerates dogs if they don’t bother her. The perfect home for Yumiko would be a home where someone would be home most of the time as she has separation anxiety when left alone for long periods of time. No children under 12 in the home and should be the only dog in your home. She has medial patellar luxation which means that her knee caps do not sit in the grooves of the knees correctly, don’t panic, this is very common in Yorkies.
