Gracie's Info...

Gracie's Story...
Meet Gracie! Grace is an 8 month old German Shepherd mix who was surrendered to our rescue when her first owners "no longer had time for her". We think this is a darn shame because little Gracie is pretty much your perfect puppy. She is housetrained, kennel trained, is great on a leash, and great with dogs and cats, and loves children. So, what's the problem? Nothing. They didn't deserve her so now we are looking for someone who does! Grace loves to cuddle and give kisses. She is easily entertained with toys. She is a great size at about 30lbs right now and shouldn't get much bigger. Gracie is up to date on vaccines and heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $450 and includes her spay, microchip, all annual vaccines and transport from Memphis to your area via road home pet transportation. Please email us at wilsonanimalrescue@yahoo,com for an application on Gracie!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gracie, a Chicago German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Chicago, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
