Poor Lily had a rough start in life. She was thrown away like trash on a rural East Tennessee road, hit by a car that didn't stop and once again left to die. Then an angel appeared. A school bus driver on her route stopped and picked her up. After the children were delivered, she immediately took her to the vet. Lily had a back leg broken in two places. The Good Samaritan had her vaccinated and has helped her through her rehab. The pictures were taken just yesterday (7/1/15) at the vet office where the vet gave her a clean bill of health. The two breaks have healed nicely. Lily is now ready for her forever home. She is crate trained and loves to play with other dogs. She can be rough so larger dogs as a buddy are best. She would love a doggie buddy to play with. She is great with children ( children over 8 please) and is tolerable of cats, but as mentioned she can play roughly. Probably a cat free home would be best for Miss Lily.
She is 6 mo old .She has had three parvo/distemper shots, a rabies shot and bordatella vaccine. She is also spayed.
Lilly's adoption fee is $375.Her vet bill is way over that amount. She is still in TN and will be transported to New England upon adoption. We use Alpha Dog Transport which has convenient stops in PA, NJ, CT,ME, and VT ( the last two stops alternate each week). They charge $140 for their services. Lily will come with all her vet records and rabies tag. SHE WILL ALSO BE MICROCHIPPED.
