Talia's Story...
Hi there, my name is Talia. I’m a very affectionate and cuddly kitten. If you’re looking for a lap-cat, am I the one for you! I just love people and will shower you with affection and cuddles. I really enjoy the company of humans, so much so, that I will even demand your attention – in the most adorable way possible, of course. I am a kitten after all. Regardless of what you’re doing, I’m never far behind, if not underfoot. And true to kitten form, I am inquisitive and incredibly playful.

My favourite things include playing in cardboard boxes, hide and seek with my buddy Jane (and busting her out of drawers when she gets stuck), and frolicking in the bathtub. I’m still awaiting my rabies vaccine as I’m a bit too young, and I haven’t been spayed yet for the same reason, but all this is included if you adopt me.

If you’re interested in me, you need to bring my buddy Jane along. We’re a team… peas in a pod you might say… and we do everything together, whether it’s eating, sleeping, playing, grooming, or wreaking havoc. You can find us wrestling like crazy one minute and then passed out asleep on top of each other the next. We may look alike, but we aren’t related and are a few weeks apart in age. Jane is a few weeks older, and has sleeker hair and has yellow eyes, whereas mine are more yellow-green. We’re small cats, but we have big personalities! If you adopt us, you’ll never have a dull moment, lots of love and cuddles and a lifetime’s worth of funny antics to entertain you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Talia, a THORNHILL Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in THORNHILL, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in THORNHILL.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in THORNHILL already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a THORNHILL breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in THORNHILL paves the way for another one to be saved.
