My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is George and I am a 6 - 7-year-old Bowser (basset hound/schnauzer mix). I have a very unique look. People walking by my yard are always stopping to comment about how cute I am. My foster mom says I am adorable.

I share the same sad story as my sister Daisy. Our dad died and we were alone with him for several days. Luckily for us a family member knew about schnauzer rescue Cincinnati and called them. Now I'm being fostered in Florence Kentucky with my sister and another fur brother. It would be great if my sister and I could be adopted together. But the most important thing is that we get a loving forever home.

I'm housetrained, neutered, and crate trained. In fact I sleep in my crate. I get along great with other dogs and I do well with children. I'm not sure about those little furry animals they called cats. I'm heartworm negative and I had a dental and physical done. I walk great on a leash, and I love car rides.

My foster parents say I'm just about as sweet as they come. I'll take all the love I can get. The more loving I get the happier I am. My favorite thing to do is just lounging in the grass in the backyard. I'm just a really laid-back boy.
