Meet Irish! And be sure to click on her Video to get to know this sweet lass better:-) This girl has a beautiful coat and sweet personality to match. Irish was feeling a little lucky when she was roaming around the streets and thought it would be a good idea to go to the casino. Being so friendly she wandered right up to one of the workers! Unfortunately, they don't have seats at the poker table made for doggies, so they had to bring her to the shelter.

Irish has spent time with our volunteers in their homes, where she really shined! She quickly settled in and loved to play with other household pups and cuddle the humans. Irish is also one smart cookie! She is already house-, kennel-, and leash-trained and has picked up quickly on basic commands as well. What a package!

At around 1-2 years old, this girl weighs in around 45lbs, making her the perfect size for an active household. Being so young, she is a fun-loving pup, yet she is old enough to be past the worst of the chewing stage. Irish would be ideal for siblings, two- and four-legged alike, that she could play with all day long! But all this girl really needs is a person to call her own. Dogs in our program are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and given a physical by a veterinary prior to adoption.
