Cooper's Info...

I am housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Cooper's Story...
Cooper was picked up as a stray and wound up in a high kill shelter. We rescued Cooper and so happy we did.
Cooper is a 4 month old Shitzu or possibly Lhasa Poodle mix. He is incredibly sweet and loves to play with anyone who is up for play time. Cooper would be an amazing companion for a single person or a family with children and other dogs too. He is as cute as he is sweet.
Cooper is scheduled to be neutered July 14.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cooper, a Santa Barbara Shih Tzu/Miniature Poodle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu/Miniature Poodle for sale in Santa Barbara, or seeking a Shih Tzu/Miniature Poodle puppy from a breeder in Santa Barbara.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Barbara already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Barbara breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu/Miniature Poodle breeders who help with Shih Tzu/Miniature Poodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Barbara paves the way for another one to be saved.
