My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rodney is a 1-2 year old Terrier mix that was rescued from shelter. He is shy when he first meets new people, but he warms up very quickly. Once he feels comfortable, he likes being around people and is very affectionate. Rodney walks decent on a leash and does well on car rides. He gets along with most dogs. Rodney DOES NOT like cats. Rodney is enjoying good food and lots of treats! His is good with children. His forever home needs to have a fenced yard where she can safely run and play. Rodney is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, on heartworm preventative and is micro chipped. Rodney is looking for a forever home where he can have a family who will love and care for him the rest of his life!!

All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same day adoptions. Adoption applications are only available at our adoption events. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year attend 1 obedience class (6 week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI to adopt one of our dogs. Come meet all of our adoptable dogs at the Make A Difference Rescue adoption events every Sunday at the Troy Petco on Coolidge near 15 Mile Rd from 12-4:30pm. Our adoption fee is $275.
