My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harold is a sweet dog that came to us from a backyard breeder along with his brothers, Melvin and Bluenote. These three fellows, along with several other dogs, were kept in an outdoor pen so we have had to work with them on crate-training and leash walking. Harold is doing great with those skills and is becoming more confident every day. He has made lots of new dog friends and even enjoys hanging out with our cats. Harold likes to play with stuffed toys. He is basically a calm boy but does enjoy playtime, especially when he can romp around with another dog! Harold can be a bit shy on an initial meeting but he warms up very quickly and is a very affectionate dog. It's hard to resist that scruffy cuteness! If you would like to meet Harold please note that we are at adoption center by appointment only. Contact us at 336.251.8877 to make the appointment and ask any questions you may have about Harold or our adoption process. Harold is 1 year old and weighs 11 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his shots. He has tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. 53655
