Wally's Info...

I am already neutered, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, and up to date with shots.

Wally's Story...
Wally and his brothers are 10 month old Labradoodles. They were rescued from a breeder whose breeding conditions were not suitable. All are very timid and have not had many experiences outside the breeding facility. The dogs are young and hopefully will learn quickly. They will need patient experienced adopters willing to work with them and slowly teach them all the things they should have learned by haven't yet. This would include potty training and walking on a leash. All will take time to acclimate themselves to life in a family setting. Only adopt if you're willing to take the time to teach these sweet boys.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wally, a Elyria Labradoodle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labradoodle for sale in Elyria, or seeking a Labradoodle puppy from a breeder in Elyria.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Elyria already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Elyria breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labradoodle breeders who help with Labradoodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Elyria paves the way for another one to be saved.
