My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jake is our 9-10 month old Schnoodle (schnauzer x poodle). Jake is SUPER SWEET! Jake was rescued from a high kill shelter in Tennessee along with his sister, Ema. Jake loves all other dogs and plays with all the dogs at the rescue! Jake will be SO HAPPY to have HIS family. Jake will snuggle under the covers if cold outside or just love to be held. This little fellow will make your heart melt when you meet him. Jake is housebroken.

Jake's adoption donation is $495 which helps to cover the neutering, micro-chipping, shots, bordetella (kennel cough), vet examination, certificate of health and transport fee.

Jake and his sister, Ema, are living with a foster family in Tennessee and will travel by professional pet transport once he has been adopted. We use a weekly transport service to the northeast and a twice monthly service to the Chicago / Milwaukee / Minneapolis areas.


Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home
