Hunter's Story...
Hi everyone! I am Hunter! I am a super sweet and cuddly little boy that LOVES to be outside! As you can see, I like to play hide and seek in the garden! I also really like to play tug!
I am just a little baby so I am learning the basics of being a good boy! I am doing really well learning to go potty outside, but I still have accidents every once in a while. I am also learning how to sit, stay, down and shake!
I am so excited to meet new people, sometimes I forget that it is polite to not jump on them. But I just have to give them hugs and lots and lots of kisses! Although I really like to play, I also really like to snuggle and be loved on! I sometimes get to sleep with my foster mommy! But if she doesn't pick me up to put me in bed, I am okay sleeping on my doggie bed too!
Do you know of someone that loves to play outside and also likes to snuggle at bedtime that needs a furry forever friend? If you do, please send them my way! I would love to meet them!
If you would like to play with this little guy please contact us at thepastrescue@gmail.com or www.pastrescuestl.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hunter, a Fairview Heights Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Fairview Heights, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Fairview Heights.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fairview Heights already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fairview Heights breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fairview Heights paves the way for another one to be saved.
