Gidget's Story...
If Gidget's cute stand up ears don't grab your attention, we know her sweet personality will get you hook line and sinker! This 1 year old Min Pin mix is small in size with beautiful long legs. Gidget was scared and afraid in a neighboring Animal Control, so we scooped her up and saved her. She is now spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm negative. Gidget loves to play in water and is a higher energy gal. She would love a family who is active and will commit to loving her forever. Gidget's tri-colored markings make her really stand out. She likes other dogs and is working hard to keep her kennel clean. A beauty like Gidget won't last long here at ITV. If you have the resources to give this awesome gal her forever home, please submit an online adoption application at ITVRescue.org. A cutie like this should never have to be homeless again!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gidget, a Evansville Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Evansville, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Evansville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Evansville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Evansville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Evansville paves the way for another one to be saved.
