Tootsie is a pekinese mix . The vet said a pekepoo. She is around 2 yrs old. She was pulled from a small kill pound. We are not sure why no one came to claim her. she is wonderful and loves to snuggle. If you are looking for a lap dog then this is your girl. her adoption fee is $300 and includes transport to her new home. if you are interested please contact
