Smudge is an amazing, healthy, 8 year old cat -as loving and affectionate a cat as ever you could meet. If Smudge could talk, maybe she could tell us how she lost her eye, what horrible monster cut off one of her ears and broke her foot. If any cat ever deserved a compassionate cat lover to come along and rescue her, this cat does more than any other I’ve met. She is a beautiful long haired 8 year old tortie with such a very sweet personality. She still trusts and loves humans in spite of it all. She is healthy and, ignoring her damaged leg, she runs and jumps happily. Sadly, her 90+ year old owners, who love her dearly, can no longer care for her. Their only wish is for her to find someone to love her in a new forever home. When they found her she was so badly matted that she could barely walk. They got her the best care and turned her into their little princess. She has had excellent and on going vet care and is ready to make some one a wonderful, loving pet.
