Bronxie's Story...
This sweet girl is Bronxie. Her and her two sisters were found on the side of the road by a nice lady who then contacted me to see if I could take them as she was headed to take them to a high kill shelter. Of course- I took these beautiful girls! Bronxie looks to be a beagle/hound mix and estimated to be about 5-6 months old as of 11-4-15. She now weighs about 30 pounds and should not get a whole lot bigger. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, wormed, on heartworm preventative, etc. She is a very sweet girl and gets along with all other doggies and shows normal interest in the cats. Bronxie is located in Arkansas. When we list our rescues on adoptapet.com they send out the info on the doggy to all areas where our transport delivers to so that is why is show her as being in your area. Our transport runs every weekend to the Northeast. For more info and an application, please email Sandy at vshutchins@gmail.com and thank you for considering adoption!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bronxie, a Allentown Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
