Penelope was born on 5/19/2015. This baby is light tan and a real snuggler. She’s also high energy and adores other dogs. She is either a chihuahua/beagle mix or maybe even retriever/terrier. We don’t know how big she’ll grow because we don’t know who dad was. We expect her to be about medium size. Ready soon to leave mom and head on off to her forever home.
