Roo was named after Kanga because he was most likely born with two front legs whose paws turn under making him special needs and likely to need a cart eventually to support his front end so that he can comfortable scoot along with his healthy rear. Thought to be one to two years old, Roo loves being held and loves watching the world go by from a perch on a couch or bed. He would like a home where there is activity for him to be part of as well as a home where he can be held for hours, Likes rides in the car and looking out windows. Loves treats and loves people. Special home is definitely needed!
