Hi friends my name is Ralph. I am a 1 year old Terrier mix and weigh 16lbs. I was rescued from a high kill shelter when I was just a baby and was adopted when I was 3 months old. Seven months later I was returned to P2CC because of allergies. As you can imagine I am devastated and feel lost. I lost my family and my best friend.
