Mitsy's Story...
Hi my name is MITSY and I am an AMAZINGLY HANDSOME seven year old boy. My long ORANGE coat is so SOFT and I am super duper FLUFFY. Everyone who meets me FALLS IN LOVE with me. Not only because of my fabulous looks but my personality is so SWEET. I am very GENTLE and have previously lived with CHILDREN and a small DOG who I got along very well with. I also get along with other CATS. I am very WELL BEHAVED and QUIET and overall very FRIENDLY and AFFECTIONATE. Favorite activities include: sun bathing in the window, being brushed, playing with my toy balls, using my scratching post, and napping in my cat bed. I like to FOLLOW you around and snuggle close to you. If you are lying on the couch, I will lie right on your chest. And if you are sitting at your desk, I will curl right into your lap. I will make a wonderful COMPANION for just about anyone. I am neutered, UTD on shots, and FIV/FeLV negative.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mitsy, a Long Beach Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
