My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

GABBY is a 1 year old spayed yellow female Lab who weighs 50 pounds. Gabby has been with us for about 9 weeks. She gave birth to 5 puppies on 5-22. She was picked up as a stray and is a bit on the shy side. Gabby knows sit, stay, come and shake and walks well on a leash. She cannot be crated as she is terrified of a crate but she does not need to be crated as she has nice house manners. Gabby is a warm loving gentle soul who wants to please and be loved. She has a high prey drive so no cats. Gabby needs a 6 ft fence. Gabby has been very good and gentle with the foster's grandchildren. She is approved for kids 10+.

Updatr (7/29): How can you resist this face.....Gabby is 48 lbs of love and devotion. She is a bit on the shy side but warms up quickly. She would do best in a quieter home. Gabby has great house manners and does not need to be crated, she is very content. If you are looking for lots of love in your life this is the girl for you......

Update (7/20): Gabby's pups have gone to their forever homes and she is ready to start her new life. She is a shy girl, but she warms up quickly. She is cautious of new situations but with reassurance she does fine. Gabby is very smart! Gabby knows sit, stay, come, shake and walks well on a leash. She doesn't like a crate but she is so well behaved she does not need to be crated. She would be fine as a solo dog or would also be fine with a calm dog. Gabby is one of the sweetest, kindest and most devoted dogs I have ever fostered. If you want lots of love in your life she would be the one for you.
