Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Little Foot was rescued from a bad situation in Homestead this past February by her Guardian Angel. Something inside her Guardian Anger pulled her to drive down to Homestead to adopt this little soul... little did she know she was really there to perform a rescue ...
When her Angel met Little Foot, the poor pup was about 6 months old, locked in a room by herself, afraid of her own shadow and emaciated. Today she is happy and healthy and ready to celebrate her 1st birthday! She loves to play ball, run around in the yard and her tail regularly expresses her happiness.
It was with a heavy, but comforted heart that her Guardian Angel surrendered Little Foot to SDR. Due to unavoidable circumstances, she could not keep her little angel, but is comforted that she is in good hands and will ultimately land in a great furever home.
Little Foot is now ready to find her furever home. If you'd like to make a donation to help fund Little Foot's medical care (spay, check-up, etc.) or would be interested in becoming a Volunteer for us or fostering, please visit our website at www.skywaydachshundrescue.org
On a side note, she is a very smart and affectionate little girl. In her first night in foster care she already learned to use the doggie door!
