My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maddie entered our lives as a case of mistaken identity. We requested a specific young tabby cat from the shelter for an adopter....and when we opened the carrier, Maddie jumped out! She trilled and purred, convincing us immediately that she needed to be in our program. This is NOT your average cat. She immediately adopted a couple of foster kittens who were ill, cleaning them and watching over them as if they were hers. She has now cared for several homeless kittens -- babies that needed her tenderness and warmth. When she isn't bossing kittens around, she plays like a kitten herself. She has become a FOR favorite -- hanging out at our office and greeting everybody who comes in. We are ready to see her in a home with a human of her very own.
