My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Tanner, an older fellow whose family had too many dogs and they took him to animal control. Beagle Buddies pulled him into our rescue and he is looking for his forever family. He is about 10 years old, weighs about 22lbs (could stand to gain a couple of pounds and we are working on that), good with other dogs and kids. Very sweet guy and loves to be by your side and follow you around. He is totally house trained we have found and knows sit, lay down and come. He knows stay but has a hard time resisting following you :). He does have a heart murmur but no sign of heart disease and no medication or treatment is required at this time. He is neutered, up to date on shots and is an all around great guy who just wants to be your buddy and spend time with you.

Please submit an online application form at
http://www.beaglebuddies.org/AdoptionApplication.html. Submit the application form and if it looks like it could be a good fit, we will schedule a time to meet the pet. If interested in adopting we require a home visit and an adoption agreement with a fee. Beagle Buddies adoption fee is $200 for beagles older than 6 months and $225 for beagles 6 months or younger. Our senior beagles older than 6 years are $150. All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption, are up to date on vaccinations, and a copy of vet records is provided upon adoption to set up a file at your vet. We supply collar, temporary ID tag until you can use till you get one, and leash. All beagles are micro-chipped as well.
