Felix has no idea how cute he really is. Just one look at his sweet face and he’ll have you in his furry grasp. In his short time with us, Felix has already become a favorite with The Pet Rescue Center team. This three-year-old, 12 Lb. Border terrier mix loves nothing more than long daily walks with his friend, Avalon the Lab. You haven’t seen cute, until you’ve seen this little guy joyfully rolling around in the grass with a dog 5 times his size. You may feel tempted to join him, and you know what? ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
