My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harley is a lovely girl that comes from a loving family but unfortunately they are no longer able to care for her. She has been well socialized in a family with 7 young children, other dogs and cats and lots of activity. One of the children is disabled and Harley learned early how to walk nicely beside the wheel chair.


Harley is almost 4 years old and due to time and exercise she currently weighs 55 lbs. She is a sweet and friendly dog. She is almost all black with a bit of white on her toes and chest. She is a very gentle dog and knows to take things gently with her mouth. She is extremely friendly with everyone she meets, is very well behaved in the home although she will try to sneak up on a bed to sleep if given the chance.


Other than being a little over weight Harley is in excellent health. She loves playing ball and running around the backyard, going for walks and playing with the children. She is an intelligent and obedient girl and rarely needs to be told twice about anything.


This girl could fit into any situation and really just needs someone that will love her and enjoy her company. She did have a litter of pups and Moose who is also up for adoption is her son, but she has now been spayed and is current with all vaccinations including rabies until 2010.
