Hello there, my name is Mr. Fuzzy. I’m probably the friendliest fella you will ever meet. I’m 6-7 years young, and I love being a lap dog. I enjoy going for walks, being admired, snuggling – and obviously, I love food. As it turns out, I do need to lose a little weight. I will need a friend to help me go for walks, and find other things to do instead of snacking. Wouldn’t that be nice? We could enjoy long walks and maybe some movies after? Did I mention I also am good with other dogs, cats and kids? Oh - and I'm a gentleman on a leash, am an excellent passenger in the car, and don't mind the crate too much. Oh, and I am super potty trained. Basically, I’m a real catch in need of a walking partner and cuddle buddy.
My adoption fee is $250.00 and includes a DHPP vaccine, bordatella vaccine, de-worming, spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine (age appropriate), heartworm test (age appropriate), heartworm preventative, flea/tick preventative, microchip insertion, bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, leash and collar and one week's worth of food.

1.) Visit www.nbsar.org to fill out an online adoption application and we will start processing your application right away! We do require that persons interested in meeting me apply online and be approved as an adopter first so please visit our website and submit your application today!
2.) Call your veterinarian and give them permission to release information about your current and past pets veterinary history.
3.) Call your references and let them know to expect a phone call from an unknown phone number as they will be speaking with a member of our team as a personal references.
Our adoption process requires that any pet in your household be current on it's vaccinations and heartworm preventative as well as spayed/neutered unless there is a documented medical reason on file with your veterinarian. Dogs must be current on Distemper DHPP combo vaccine and Rabies vaccine, cats must be current on Distemper and Rabies at the time of application. This also applies to any pets in your home within the past five years.
