Update 7/20/15: Willie passed his cat temperament test today. Also, there's an application in on him. Those do fall through pretty regularly, so be sure to submit your application if you're interested in adopting this boy!

Willie is a cute little guy who likes to stay on the move. He’s friendly with both people and dogs, and always comes to the front of his kennel to see who is coming by. He’s a bit underweight, and his nails are overgrown, so it looks like he’s been on his own for a bit. He’s wearing a microchip tag (which is how we know his name), but so far his people haven’t come to claim him. If he’s still at the shelter at close on Monday, he’ll be looking for a new family to love!
