My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Princess and I am a 6 year old Blue and Gold Macaw. I am in perfect health and on a healthy diet of chop, pellets, fresh vegetables and fruits, healthy nuts, and the occasional nutriberry as a treat. My foster Mom says that I can be shy and fairly quiet, but sometimes if I get overly excited, or there is a bunch of activity going on that I feel like I am missing out on, I can be a bit vocal. I just want to be part of what you are doing! My foster Mom is currently working with me on stepping up, but I do like for you to come over and visit with me, talk to me, and give me treats. I am Ok with other animals being in the house, please just remember that I am fragile and you need to keep my environment safe. I do not like young children, and should not be adopted into a home with them, though. I really hope that one day soon, someone will come along and see me for the diamond in the rough that I am who has the patience to gain my trust. Maybe that will be you?
