My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB June 23, 2011

Frankie is a friendly and energetic boy who has settled into his foster home well. He loves humans and is not shy at all, always happy to meet new people. He is a handsome and unique-looking kitty, with a slightly shorter-than-average tail due to an injury when he was a youngster. He's not a lap cat, but he likes to be near people, and he has become increasingly affectionate while in his foster home. He REALLY loves face rubs and is a champion head booper!

Since he is a young guy with lots of energy and agility, Frankie needs plenty of interactive play. He sometimes nips when overexcited, but he is learning not to do this. He really loves wand toys with feathers in particular (“Da Bird” is his favourite) and will make amazing acrobatic leaps to catch his 'birds'.

We have discovered that Frankie benefits from having a cat companion in the house, as he gets a bit bored and lonely when left alone all day, preferably an easygoing cat who likes to play. He adapted very quickly to sharing his space with his young foster brother, Bodi. Frankie might be too frisky for a home with small children. He has not met any dogs in his foster home, so it's unknown how he would get along with a dog.

Frankie is healthy with a good appetite and excellent litter box habits. He loves his cardboard scratcher and has doesn't scratch on the furniture.

This boy is now ready for his second chance at a family of his very own. A home with lots of attention and affection would only suit. Frankie will be a great addition to a home looking for a friendly, curious and energetic cat.
