Bubbles's Story...
Meet Bubbles!

Bubbles was turned into the shelter with a terrible open wound to her back leg. Through all of this she maintained her outgoing personality and soon endeared herself to shelter workers. Labs and Friends stepped in and got Bubbles the medical attention she needed and a foster home so she could mend. Bubbles has healed nicely and even though she is a senior has lots of life and love to give. On a recent trip to the groomers she did very well and looks and feels so much better that she is all cleaned up. Bubbles rides nice in a car, is very good on a leash and gets along with other dogs and cats.

Bubbles is ready to go to her new forever home. If you are interested in meeting Bubbles or any of our other rescues, please go on line at www.labsandfriends.org and complete our on line application. Thank you for making adoption your first option!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bubbles, a Burbank Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Burbank, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Burbank.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burbank already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burbank breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burbank paves the way for another one to be saved.
