Ahoy Matey! I'm Pirate! Me mateys call me Pi!

Pirate likes to tell his story like this: He said " me best mate took me to the dungeon of the ship and left me there all alone. What a scallywag! Just as I was getting ready to walk the plank, a nice seadog came along and got me out of there."

Pirate is a great dog! His owner surrendered him over to a high kill shelter in western Tennessee. Why someone would give up this great dog is mystery to us! He loves other dogs, is great around cats, and he adores children. He is a very sweet natured dog. Pi is microchipped, neutered and up to date on his shots. He is built like an English Bulldog and has the cutest docked tail. He is rather short like a basset hound though!

i is 1.5 years old and weighs around 40 pounds. He is very happy and friendly. Apply today and this well behaved, well mannered calm boy could be yours!
