Kiya's Story...
Kiya ~ is a pure bred Boxer, she's a petite girl weighing just under 50 lbs., approximately 4 yrs. old, spayed, and up-to-date on vaccinations.
Kiya has been with us for one year now and is still looking for her forever family. She is ultra sweet, loves her humans, enjoys going for walks and has great leash manners, she's content to nap and lay around snuggling for hours. She would be the perfect dog for a less active, easy going household. Kiya is good with cats and other dogs. She does resource guard human food (not her food) with other animals, never a human, but with proper management can co-exist with another dog.

If you interested in adopting Kiya, please visit our website at www.dogaide.com where you can select the adoption application, complete, and submit directly to us online.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kiya, a Fenton Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Fenton, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Fenton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fenton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fenton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fenton paves the way for another one to be saved.
