Sahara's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sahara's Story...
Sahara was found in a farming area, where coyotes are frequently seen passing through. Some good Samaritans picked her up and held onto her until we could collect her. She was in terrible condition when she was found. Along with a terribly matted coat, with eyebrows so long she couldn't see, Sahara had 6 rotten teeth and a painful bladder infection. Her recent haircut looks great, and we cant believe how different she looks without those gross dirty matts! She has also been in to the vet to have those rotten teeth removed, and a lump which thankfully was not cancerous! Sahara is feeling much better these days!

She is a sweet older gal that loves companionship. Sahara seems indifferent about the other dogs, and could fit into a household with other pets. Just no bouncy puppies for her please. She deserves the best to make up for a crummy part of her life.

Give us a call to meet her today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sahara, a Port Coquitlam Cockapoo dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cockapoo for sale in Port Coquitlam, or seeking a Cockapoo dog from a breeder in Port Coquitlam.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Port Coquitlam already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Port Coquitlam breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cockapoo breeders who help with Cockapoo rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Port Coquitlam paves the way for another one to be saved.
