This beautiful boy’s name is Brett. He is a gorgeous blue pit. Best guess is that he is maybe a year of so old and around 60 pounds. We believe that he was dumped because he just appeared in a neighborhood and didn’t seem to know what to do or where to go. His finder was not able to locate an owner because he didn’t have any ID so Brett is now with us. He is friendly with people and he is good with a female dog that he likes to hang out with so I would say that he would be good with a young, playful female dog his size. We are not sure about males or smaller dogs. He listens pretty well and he is crate trained. When he comes in the house, he goes where he is told to go. I think he is happy just to be inside and out of the heat. He really is a sweet boy.. For more information or to submit an application, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. About our adoption process: For more information or to request an adoption application (required), please email the dog's foster listed above (no phone calls, please). There is no commitment by submitting the application - it just helps us determine if the pet you are interested in will be a good match for you. Next is a meet and greet which will be arranged with the pet's foster. If there are other dogs in your household, we suggest bringing them to ensure everyone gets along. The standard adoption fee for dogs and puppies is $140 (cash or check) which includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations, microchip and collar/tags.
