Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi my name is Liberty and I'm one cool pup, or at least my foster mom says so. I was born sometime in late April or early May which makes me about 13-15 weeks old right now. I take a few minutes to warm up to new dogs because some I met when I was a puppy weren't so nice to me. Once I get to know them and know they're nice and not going to hurt me then I like to play with them and give them kisses. There are two cats and two dogs in my foster home and I get along with everyone although the cats don't like my kisses so much. My left ear will always stick up but it just adds to my quirky charm. I'm a happy puppy who likes to play with toys, run around the yard, and give lots of kisses. I'm still learning what a leash and harness are but I'm getting used to it. I recently went on a long car ride and although it was boring I got in a great nap. I prefer to nap and sleep in a crate and my foster parents have them set up around the house for me to snuggle into when I'm feeling sleepy. I'm also learning how to free feed so I only eat when I'm hungry. I even leave food in my bowl now and come back to it later for a snack. I don't mind strangers and children because they like to hug and pet me and I give them kisses in return. I would do best in a home with other animals so I can continue to play with them, but I'm also fine on my own. I have shorter legs so I probably won't be a very good running buddy but once I'm old enough I think I will love to go for walks since I enjoy frolicking around the yard. I'm working on potty training and I'm pretty much crate trained. I go on a puppy pad in my puppy pen while my foster parents are at work, or at least I try to. I'm a puppy sometimes I miss. I will whine in the night if I have to use the potty and I'm in my crate, but I'm not a barker, I only bark if I get frustrated that my whining isn't getting your attention and I really have to go. If you adopt me you'll have a best friend for life and I'll give you lots of kisses so you know you're loved too.
